- It is a quick motivational read, I recommend it.
- This book is different - it is not a diet book. This initially caught my attention as I read the introduction and somehow I anticipated reading until the end.
As started reading Chapter 1, I was lost inside of this book, each topic discussed is a whole new knowledge for me and I kept wanting to absorb everything. In this part of the book it was discussed why waking up in the morning helps your body to regulate appetite, plus an essential tips to people like me who usually are wide awake during the night.
The book introduce introduce to step by step routine you should make every morning, a must, if you really want to change your daily habits and improve your health. This is a complete routine, from what to drink, what eat, what exercise to take. I really liked how each of this habits are arrange chronologically and was thoroughly explained, plus add the action plan wherein it can guide you, and be able to easily adapt each routine.
And that doesn't end there! This book contains so many freebies inside, all helpful guides not just for weight loss but a total healthy body! - Simple and straightforward book. The author presents healthy habits everyone should follow to lead a healthy life, in her opinion. The habits are simple and I like the "action plan" for the each of them, the method of easy implementation in your daily routine. I don't find every habit described here as something necessary for the healthy life and with some of them I plainly don't agree. For example, take the multivitamin pill every morning. Why? It is widely known by now that the multivitamin pills are far from necessary for our organism if we maintain a balanced diet.
On the other hand, some of the habits are surprisingly good and not so obvious, for example, taking a few minutes every morning to plan the day ahead. I like that very much, it helps me clear the clutter in my head and actually get something done that day.
This is a good book with a few minor problems, but worth the money in my opinion. - People believe that doing exercises in the morning will help them lose their weight. This is partly true as only exercises would not help. This book is more about improving the habits rather than focusing on weight loss. If you are able to make these your habits you will naturally and easily be able to lose your weight. The book is short but has enough information about creating healthy habits.
I didn’t considered sleep to be effective for weight loss. But this book focuses on sleeping as the best thing a person can do to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
There are lots of information and I am going to follow this book for improving my habits. The principles in this book were easy to apply. To only give two; I found waking up early hardest and drinking lemon water easy. Every last tip was thorough. With all of these tips comes an action plan. So she doesn't just put it out there for you to struggle with the habit.
Another aspect was the reference links given at certain intervals of the book. She also gave a smoothie recipe. Which of course you can tweak. Bonus tips were also added. Great guide!. - I sense truthfulness in the way the author tries to impart her ideas about these morning habits which can be nurtured in order to lose weight, It is a different book with an undeniable rare approach towards losing weight. This book does not even expound on any diet program. I am into a certain diet program now, but nevertheless, this book has encouraged me more to pursue success in losing weight. Incorporating all these morning habits into my lifestyle will surely guarantee a more profound way in losing weight.
- I liked the straight forward way the book was written. Who should read it and what will I learn was all spelled out. After each chapter you get an action plan which is very helpful so I know exactly what to do.
What also impressed me was that each habit in itself will help me to loose weight. I can't wait to try all 13 of them!
I enjoyed the book and did not expect to get a free book about superfoods, can't wait to read that one too.
