Casebooks are a total waste of money. A Gilbert's Law Summary and a Case Brief Book is most of what you need to understand the information on a subject.
The less "stuff" you have for studying, the more valuable time you can invest in each tool, a Gilbert's is a solid tool in every subject.

I received the "Remedies" edition of "Gilbert Law Summaries" recently from and therefore haven't had the opportunity to go through it thoroughly as I am inclined to do eventually; however, I am so far quite pleased with what I have seen. Besides, I have used Gilbert Law Summaries quite a bit and am never disappointed with them they are quite meticulous for Being only summaries of the law, they are very well crafted by the authors and the manufactures, and they are so efficient to use as either references or as texts. - None
